Mobile workshops saving lives on the Ukrainian frontline

We convert light 4×4 vehicles into mobile (repair) workshops and deliver them to frontline medical units in Ukraine. Every vehicle extends the life of ambulances saving the wounded.

April 2026 – 3st convoy: 2 more mobile workshops

Two more mobile workshops crossed Europe with the now standard equipment. After a tedious but uneventful trip through Germany and Poland, a Daihatsu Terios and Honda HRV made it to Lviv, Ukraine, and were handed over to our partner. This brings the total number of delivered vehicles to date to 6.

A video explaining from Ukraine (our Ukraine partner) what are our mobile-workshops and what they will serve:

December 2025 – 2nd convoy: 3 vehicles

In December 2025, we successfully delivered three mobile workshop vehicles to our partner Mercy & Health, in accordance with the specifications. This initial mission also allowed our team of administrators to meet our partners in Kyiv and explore the beautiful city of Lviv, strengthening our human and logistical connections on the ground.

Here is also a video from Mercy & Health about the delivery of these cars (mobile workshops):

This video was filmed in January 2026, during the handover of the vehicle by the "Mercy & Health" association to the recipient unit. In this video, in Ukrainian, we first hear the association's representative describe the function of the vehicle received from our non-profit organization, Belukraid. The soldier, who is part of his unit's medical team, then explains that evacuation vehicles have a limited lifespan on the poor roads they travel on, and that this mobile workshop will be very useful for repairing them. We then see a glimpse of the vehicle's contents.

August 2025 – 1st convoy: a “Proof of Concept” vehicle

As we began defining the mission and statutes of our association, our founding administrator set off with a first "proof of concept" vehicle to Lviv. It was a Honda HR-V, a model that was already several years old, but which arrived in Kyiv without incident. As of january 2026, this vehicle continues to support the medical logistics of a Ukrainian unit in the Pokrovsk region.

This first vehicle was assigned to a unit operating in the Pokrovsk region. Its use in the field proved crucial in refining the format, layout, and contents of subsequent vehicles. Here is also a video/reel from Mercy & Health published on 29 Sep 2025 on their Facebook:
